3 days in Maine
But long time readers will know that there is one piece of this story we haven’t visited yet. It’s a piece that never fails to introduce some hilarity to the conversation. And that piece is my parents.
For those of you who are new to the party, you will come to know and love my parents, mostly because they do things like this.
They also do things like decide we are going to Maine for a whirlwind vacation in typical Watts family style: a 16 hour trip in 72 hours. And people wonder why I don’t mind driving long distances.
So instead of blogging over the next couple of days, I’m going to be live-Instagramming the more memorable moments of our family road trip under the hashtag #3DaysInMaine. Because keeping tally of our total number of rest stop breaks is more entertaining than it might seem. See Story 1 for proof.

It promises to be a rip roarin’ good time! (Seriously.) See you all on Instagram!
